I Made my weight out of a empty water bottle. In order to make my homemade weight I needed to get an empty water bottle. After that I dried it off and put the beans in it.
After i put the beans inside the empty water bottle I weighed it and it weighed exactly 1 pound with the beans in it. A regular water bottle weighs about 16 ounces. So the beans made a little improvement in the weight.
My Weight Can ve used to work out your biceps. It may not be that heavy but over time You will be able to see a result.
Some exercises you can do is a bicep curl. It will take a while but it will work over time. You can also use it as a weight to put on your vest while you’re running. My homemade weight is better for little kids and elderly people because they are weaker and my weight isn’t that heavy,so it will be more effective for them
